Our client, a luxury retailer with an expanding number of high-end outlets in Hong Kong, is urgently seeking an experienced Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the stores. He/she will manage and train a team of Sales Associates to ensure the established targets and other KPIs are met.

Other key responsibilities include building/maintaining customers relations, the prepartion and implementation of promotional activities, resolve any escalated issues from customers, etc.

Qualifications -
* A minimum of 5+ years of related store operation and supervisory management experience gained from luxury goods
* Proven experience in managing and motivitating front-line sales staff
* Solid customer service skills in managing/serving affluent spenders
* Solid commands of both written and spoken English and Chinese
* Proven experience in cultivating VIPs
