Operations Manager (e-commerce)

Our client, an e-commerce, cordially invites all qualified individuals to join the growing team.  Reporting to the Head, the Ops Manager will take a lead role overseeing the daily operation of the team.  He/she will constantly be reviewing SOPs and implementing the business processes to maximize efficiencies.   Other key responsibilities include training and recruiting team members, building team morale, and working among internal departments to deliver business objectives.

Qualifications –

* Degree qualified in logistics
* A minimum of 5+ years of similar operations experience
* Experience gained from e-commerce is highly desirable
* Flexible and able to work with limited resources
* Able to think out of the box
* Solid commands of both written and spoken English and Chinese
