Job: Operations Manager

Our client, one of the largest and prominent logistics player in the Tri-Delta region, is urgently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and administration of the assigned team (mainly ground and frontline staff). He/she will be responsible for the manpower planning, manpower management, and the management of subcontractors for his/her assigned team. Other key responsibilities include the development of motivational training, establishment of KPIs, staff training, and to ensusre the safety of the team.

Qualifications -
* Degree qualified
* Around 10+ years of relevant management experience
* Experience in managing a team of 100+ staff
* Strong planning, organization, and people management skills
* Solid command of written and spoken Chinese (a must) and English
