Director of Finance

Our client, a listed company and a financial institution, is seeking an experienced Director of Finance, to manage and to oversee the finance functions of the Group. He/she will manage the finance team, working among internal departments to identify areas of improvements as well as working with different governmental bodies (i.e. SFC and HKSE) to ensure the Group’s practices are in compliance,

Qualifications -
* Degree qualified
* 10+ years of experience gained from banks or securities firms
* Qualified accountant
* Strong working knowledge of HK listing rules and various securities trading ordinances
* Solid commands of written and spoken English and Mandarn
