Our client, a prominent leader in the hospitality industry, is urgently seeking an experienced AVP of IT to look after the infrastructure of network and telco systems of the assigned division. He/she will take a lead role in the strategic planning, assessment, and the evaluation of IT solutions as well as leading a team to provide the technical supports needed for its call centre operations. In addition, he/she will take an active role in refining users’ requirements and to ensure 3rd party vendors deliver services required.
Qualifications –
* Degree qualified
* At least 10+ years of related and relevant experience (ideally from a call centre environment)
* Experience with the latest cloud-technology and mobility systems
* Solid experience in supporting various business users, systems, and large-scale IT infrastructures
* Solid command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
* Immediate availablity is highly preferred
