Customer Supports Officer (Bahasa Speaking)

Our client, an US based company, is currently looking for a Bahasa speaking CSO to handle the technical supports and to handle a large volume of phone calls and email. He/she will be responsible for providing solutions to customers’ inquiries over the phone or via email and to resolve any customers’ issues.

Qualifications -
* Ideally 2+ years of related CS experience
* Excellent (pleasant) phone skills/manner and problem solving skills
* Solid commands of spoken/written English as well as Bahasa
