CFO (Listed Company)

Our client, one of the listed company in HK with significant global investments, cordially invites all qualified individual to assume this pivotal and crucial role.  He/she will be responsible for identifying, developing, evaluating, and monitoring potential investments at a Group level to ensure various M&As are in line with the long-term strategic investments.

Qualifications -
* Degree qualified
* Qualified CPA
* A minimum of 10+ years of M&A experience gained from one of these areas – investment bank, financial institution, securities firms, or large-scale business conglomerate
* Strong supervisory skills and numbers sensitive
* Previous experience in managing M&A projects
* Solid commands of written and spoken English and Mandarin
