Customer Supports Officer (Japanese Speaking)

Our client, an US based company, is currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic native-level Japanese customer service to join her growing team in Hong Kong.  The CSO will be tasked to assist customers from around the globe in providing solutions to customers’ inquiries over the phone or via email and to resolve any customers’ issues.

Qualifications -
* Ideally 2+ years of related CS experience
* Excellent (pleasant) phone skills/manner and problem solving skills
* Solid commands of spoken/written English and native-level Japanese
* Immediate availability is highly preferred
