Job: Associate – Corporate Finance

Our client, a HK listed company, cordially invites all qualified individuals to take up this pivotal role in spearheading various M&A activities.  He/she will provide various corporate services such as IPO, financial advisory, capital raising exercises as well as assessing potential opportunities.

Qualifications -

• Degree qualified
• Qualified CPA
• A minimum of 3 years of related experience gained from an i-bank environment
• Candidates with related experience gained from Big 4 will also be considered
• Solid commands of written and spoken Chinese and English
