Job: HR Generalist (MNC)

Our client, an established US corporation, is urgently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to handle its HR functions for its HK office and other regional offices.  Key responsibilities include staff records and leave maintenance, staff relations, succession planning, etc.

Qualifications -
* Degree qualified
* Ideally 5 to 8 years of regional general HR experience (i.e. recruitment, employee relations, etc.)
* Culturally sensitive and strong communications skills (both written and verbal) in Chinese and English
* Strong working knowledge of labor laws
* Proactive and able to cope with senior management in manpower planning
