Job Information
Our client, one of the prominent leaders in the hospitality industry, is currently looking for a CS Manager to lead a team of junior staff in ensuring customers requests are properly taken care of per company’s established KPIs, guidelines, and SOPs. He/she will allocate and maximize internal resources as well as initiate procedures and improvement measures in enhancing and in streamlining communications among different internal and external departments.
Qualifications -
* Diploma holder or above
* 5+ years in a supervisory role in a call center environment or relevant CS experience
* Experience gained from the hospitality industry is highly preferred
* Solid commands of English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
