Team Lead
Our client, an US based fin-tech company, is urgently seeking an experienced Team Lead to assume and to supervise the overall operations of its call center. He/she must be experienced in managing a team of 30+ CS and understands the protocols involved in a call center environment. Reporting to the Director of CS APAC, he/she will continously identify areas of weakness and suggest areas of improvements.
Qualifications –
* Diploma holder or above
* At least 5+ years of relevant supervisory experience in a call center environment
* Culturally sensitive and able to work with staff from different ethnic backgrounds
* Solid commands of written and spoken English and Mandarin
