Job: HR Director

Our client, a HK-listed company, cordially invites all qualified and ambitious HR professionals to assume this newly created position. Reporting to an expat President, he/she will be responsible for the development and implementation of the overall HR strategies. Leading a team of 10+ PRC staff, he/she will build and will refine its existing HR structure (per parent company’s standards) to fit the company’s business growth.

Qualifications -
* Degree qualified (a must) in HR or other business disciplines
* Well versed of local PRC labor laws and ordinances
* 15+ years of solid HR experience in high-level strategic planning experience
* Solid experience working in a MNC or a metric-organizational structure
* Ideally have experience from one of these industries – retail, hospitality, gaming, real estate, or other service industries
* Willing and able to work in Shenzhen (Luo Hu district) 5 days a week
* Solid commands of Mandarin and English
