Assistant VP of Maintenance and Safety

Our client, a property developer, is urgently seeking an AVP to design, to implement, and to execute the safety standards of its developing property. He/she will oversee a team of engineers, technicians, project managers to ensure all the repairs and maintenance of its entertainment facilities, mechanical and electrical infrastructures, and landscaping are in compliance of the statutory safety standards. Other key responsibilities include the development of SOPs, maintenance schedules, documentations, and timely installations of required equipments. This is a newly created position with ample of opportunities for growth.
