Job: Sr. Customer Services Officer

Our client, a financial institustion, is urgently seeking an experienced Sr. CSO to handle customers’ inquiries and complaints via the phone and email. He/she will primarily be involved with new account opening as well as document verification to ensure compliance and other statutory regulations.

Qualifications -

* Degree qualified

* 3+ years of relevant CS experience gained from the financial industry

* Possess SFC 1 and 2 licenses

* Solid commands of written and spoken English and Mandarin
