Our client, a prominent internationally recognized luxury fashion accessory brand, cordially invites all qualified individuals to assume this newly created position. He/she will be responsible for managing the overall retail operations of its first outlet in Seoul as well as achieving the established KPIs. Other key responsibilities include – management and recruitment of front-line staff, preparation of different reports, liaise with HQ on different merchandising needs, etc. There are ample of opportunities for growth as other retail locations are scheduled to open in the upcoming months.
Qualifications –
* Diploma or above
* 5+ years of luxury retail operations experience as a Shop Manager
* Have a genuine passion in fashion or jewelry * Solid commands of writen and spoken Korean and English
* Goal oriented and flexible
